Alumni Set for Penn
Philadelphia - The last time the CBA Track team attended the Penn Relays, Tim McInerney '19 lost a heart breaker in the High School Championship of American DMR. His anchor leg fell just short of first in a torrential downpour. Tim is returning with a different shade of blue but with a similar goal: Win a Wheel. He will toe the line twice this weekend with the Georgetown Hoyas in the DMR and 4 x 800. He PB'd last week in the 800 with a 1:48.69, an alumni record for CBA.
Another member of the 2019 CBA DMR, Liam O'Hara '19, will be returning to Penn for the 400m Hurdle College Championship. He is sophomore for the University of Pennsylvania. He has a season best of 54.43 in the hurdles.
Chris Arias '20 missed his Penn moment when the Covid 19 outbreak forced a shutdown of meets around the country. He is making his Penn debut for William & Mary in the College Javelin. Last week he threw a lifetime best of 68.35 meters (224').
