Matt Herman '23 on his way to the Shore Conference Championship in the 400h*
Lincroft, NJ - Senior Matt Herman is starting his senior year at CBA in September. He is a the heart and soul of the track team and has an ability to run the high hurdles all the way up to the 800. He has PBs of 16.01 in the high hurdles, 55.47 in the 400 hurdles and 1:59.03 in the 800. He is also a prominent member of the team's 4x400. He is looking forward to leading the team in the 2022-2023 school year.
