Throwing Sectors at CBA

Lincroft, NJ - The George Sheehan Track and Field Facility is almost fully complete. April 3rd marks the first day of competition on the new track. The CBA Track Program will be hosting a throwers only event at 4:00 pm. Here are the heat sheets and schedule for the evenings events. Below is a tour of the infield throwing sectors. There is an all weather javelin runway and a full compliment of shot and discus circles outside the stadium as well.

The shot put circles are ready to go. The sectors feature crushed blue stone surrounded by the infield turf.

The discus circle is also on the infield and shoots out onto the turf.

The javelin run way sits between two shot circles and extends onto the turf.
